What's it like to work at SMAART Loans?
You'll do advisory work, not order-taking: matching clients to the right financing structure and packaging their file, backed by loan advisors and CPAs who review and mentor. We run a modern, encrypted, paperless practice serving clients in all 50 states.
Do I need an SBA certification to apply?
Not for every role. We hire loan advisors, underwriting support staff, packaging specialists and financing strategists. The right credential depends on the position, and we support and reimburse SBA lending certifications and continuing education for the people doing the work.
Do you offer remote or hybrid work?
Yes. Most roles are hybrid, with the flexibility to serve clients remotely through our secure portal alongside in-office collaboration.
