Loan Services
Financing, packaging & lender placement
Business loan processing and funding advisory designed to build a lender-ready file, match you to the right funder, and put the right capital behind your business.

Service Overview
Business financing, packaged right
Getting approved for the right capital takes more than filling out a lender's application: it takes a file built the way underwriters actually read it.
Our advisors go far beyond form-filling. We review your full financial picture to match you with the financing structure that actually fits, whether you are a growing business pursuing an SBA loan or an established company financing new real estate, and build a lender-ready package that gives your file the strongest possible chance.
SBA-Certified Expertise
Deep experience with the SBA 7(a) and 504 process, from packaging through lender compliance post-closing.
Financially-Grounded Advisory
We already know your financials, so the capital structure we recommend actually fits your business, not a generic checklist.
Lender Relationships
Direct access to SBA preferred lenders, banks, credit unions and alternative funders, so your file goes to the right desk first.
Clean Books, Better Rates
Clients who use SMAART accounting get cleaner financial packages, which translates into faster approvals and better terms.

FAQ
Questions & answers
The most common questions about our loan packaging & funding advisory services.
Is SMAART Loans a lender or a bank?
No. SMAART Loans is the loan processing and funding advisory division of SMAART Company. We prepare, package and place financing applications with banks, SBA preferred lenders and alternative funders, we do not issue loans or set rates ourselves.
What types of business loans does SMAART help with?
SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, business lines of credit, working capital loans, equipment financing, invoice factoring, commercial real estate loans and commercial construction loans, matched to the program that fits your needs and qualifications.
What do lenders actually look for?
Credit score, time in business, revenue, profitability, debt service coverage and available collateral. We help you present the strongest possible financial package, and because SMAART also provides accounting, that package is built from books that already reconcile.
How does SMAART help with the application?
We gather your financials, prepare loan packages, draft the business narrative, and communicate with lenders throughout underwriting, so the process is as fast and clear as possible on your end.
Can SMAART help if my business has had financial challenges?
Yes. We work with businesses at different financial stages. Where a traditional lender may decline, we can explore alternative funding, improve your financial presentation, or help you address issues before reapplying.
How long does funding typically take?
Lines of credit and working capital loans can close in 1 to 4 weeks. Conventional commercial loans typically run 30 to 60 days. SBA 7(a) and 504 loans average 45 to 90 days, though pristine documentation and preferred-lender relationships regularly beat that window.
